Bowtrol Instructions?

February 25th, 2008 No Comments

Some people have inquired about what the instructions are for taking the Bowtrol colon cleansing supplements.

For adults (not that I would figure any 13 year old kid would need to use Bowtrol) the recommended, suggested dosage is 3 to 8 capsules before bed.

Note, I would take into account your body weight. If you’re a 90 pound, 5′2″ 35 year old lady I wouldn’t take 8 capsules. Know what I mean? If you’re a 40 year old 6′4″ 320lbs male, then I would scale up the dosage in comparison to the little lady. You are not suggested to take more than 8 at a time, so even if you’re a sumo wrestler in Japan I wouldn’t go over it just for the fact Bowtrol doesn’t recommend any more than 8.

You are supposed to start with low dosages as the days pass, gradually ramping up in a gradient fashion until it is evident to you that you have accomplished the goal of your colon cleanse. And only you will know what your goal is.

Of course I would always suggest talking with a physician, but you know your body more than anyone else. Bowtrol is herbal, natural. It’s not like hardcore drugs, or whatever. But still, a physician may be more reassurance to you, if you are into doctors and what not. Infact, a good alternative to Bowtrol is Blessed Herbs and they actually do have a Physician Directory as I have stated in my Blessed Herbs review.

At any rate, I hope this may have cleared up any questions you may have had.

Colon Loving Parasites

February 18th, 2008 1 Comment

I tell you what, every time I sit down to write an article for this website / blog I get this tremendous urge to use the bathroom. I’m not sure if it’s to be funny, ironic, or what precisely.

At any rate, lets take a look at some colon loving parasites. It’s sort of interesting. Gross, but interesting. It’s like watching an accident on the highway, you don’t really want to see but you can’t help yourself.

That’s right. Some Americans, Canadians, Egyptians & Mars dwelling humanoids have parasites within their colon amongst potential other uncool places.

What could they possibly be? Well … Here’s somewhat of a brief list:

  1. Black Worms.
  2. Red Worms.
  3. White Worms. These can’t jump very high supposedly.
  4. Inch Worms. Supposedly they can even jump higher than the White Worms, despite being only an inch.
  5. Pinworms.
  6. Hookworms.
  7. Little Fish. Not really fish, but a type of parasite simply called “Little Fish” that resemble fish, head tail & all.
  8. Threadworms.
  9. “Fuzz Balls”. Might even wield night sticks and demand authority…
  10. Spiders. Look like a spider. Not your typical spider.
  11. Stockpin Worms. These will not boost your stock portfolio.

Yea, so … My most memorable first nightmare I’ve ever had in my life is one night I had a dream where I was at my grandfather and grandmothers house and I was in the kitchen. I looked at my arm and there was a slit in it, and I began pulling out worms. I was probably around 5 or so when I had that dream. I don’t like bugs, parasites, worms, anything that shouldn’t belong in my body.

I am bit of a natural healing buff, and I don’t really appreciate government organizations informing me what is good or not for me; I prefer to rely on my own intelligence and decipher and weed through things myself. I haven’t even had an over the counter medicinal pill since I was 9, which caused me to vomit. Fast forward several decades later without ‘external assistance’ and I’m quite well alive. Imagine that?

Colon cleansing is beneficial in more than one way. There’s potential parasites to be expunged, expelled, rid of … pretty much the general idea makes my skin crawl. Ignorance is bliss.

Now, there actually is good bacteria. A healthy colon promotes good bacteria to safe guard your colon and help smooth out the flow of things. Take for example your blood stream as an analogy. You have white & red blood cells, assuming things are working perfectly fine your white blood cells act as sentinels and assault any foreign invaders in your blood stream.

The same roughly goes for the good bacteria in your colon. Now your white blood cells are going to have a rough row to hoe if you swim around in rusty nails all day, same goes for the good bacteria if you eat a never ending degree of junk food. Quite an extreme comparison, but a good analogy nevertheless.

Blessed Herbs Review

February 3rd, 2008 3 Comments
This review is on an outfit called Blessed Herbs. I have not tried Blessed Herbs. But I DO know several people who have, personally. And somebody somewhere I’m sure has a beef with Blessed Herbs, there isn’t anything in this world that somebody doesn’t have a beef with. They have;

  1. An internal cleansing kit,
  2. A colon cleansing kit,
  3. And a digestive stimulator.

This seems to be their 3 major products, just from my observation at any rate. They have almost what looks like a billion other items that serve particular uses. Which is cool, because if you’re looking for a solution for a single ailment, or just looking for preventive measures you don’t need the kitchen sink added onto your receipt.

The Internal Cleansing Kit is definitely as advertised. The price isn’t cheap. But it’s a complete detox system. Just to spout off quick list of some of the items; 7 organ cleansing formulas, 3 para cleansing formulas, 1 probiotics formula, 2 anti-oxident formulas. Plus an array of accessories to help in the utilization of the product. The Internal Cleansing Kit is a 4 step, 21 day process. The 4 steps:

  1. Colon & Digestive System
  2. Liver & Gullbladder; Para Cleansing
  3. Lungs, Kidney & Bladder
  4. Lymph, Blood & Skin.

Basically, in laymen terms, the Internal Cleansing Kit bolsters the body to better able detoxify naturally, beyond only a colon cleansing. This is important so that when you are colon cleansing you aren’t fighting a never ending battle without end. There isn’t a lot of point in colon cleansing only to get done with your chosen process only to quickly have toxins build up again.

Think about it. This isn’t rubbish. Your colon contains toxins. The toxins build up. People die because of this. The internal cleansing removes the toxins and better ables your bodies natural detoxification process. This, as well, better prepares your body for your colon cleansing, making it be less ’shocking’ when you do get to that point.

Blessed Herb’s Colon Cleansing Kit is an 8 day cleanse. It has two herbal formulas. One is a digestive stimulator that is acclaimed to support gentle bowel function. The second is a toxin absorber that is taken five times per day with organic apple juice (apple juice not included).

The third major product is the digestive stimulator as above, but sold alone for a reduced price outside of the cost associated with Blessed Herb’s Colon Cleansing Kit. It is stated to be non addictive, and releases toxins within the intestinal walls.

Blessed Herbs has on their website a mountain of information. I’ve looked all over it and I’m sure their webmaster has probably spent years putting all of that content on there. It’s extensive and impressive. Not only do they just have detoxification and cleanse products they sell herbs as well. I’m into natural things and herbs I have an affinity for so I appreciate that.

While you’re there read their story about how they managed to go from virtually zero to one of the flag bearing herbal produce marketeers around. Very cool stories, inspirational as well. Sort of an American dream thing.

I know 3 people (”in real life”) who have used Blessed Herbs products and none of them have had any addiction issues, and have had success. While I know one guy who used a ‘Blaster’ cleanse and discovered the name lived up to itself. Yea … Blaster + Colon = What were you thinking?

They also have a practitioner directory for your use if you would prefer to perform a cleanse and or detox under the guidance of a practitioner. How cool is that? That is awesome!

My conclusion on Blessed Herbs just as a company is that they’re the authority on herbal based cleansing and detoxification, they have herbs to prove it but what is the ultimate factor is in that … they even have an apparatus that sets your legs in the ‘proper disposal alignment’. That takes the cake.

These guys mean business!

The product called Bowtrol Colon Cleanse has been around for some time. So it’s a good candidate to review.

Some colon cleansing products can be quite … Eventful. (that’s to put it lightly) In example, you better be calling off work because you’re going to be in the bathroom most of the day. And you better hope you have a day to take off, otherwise have fun explaining to your boss what happened.

What YOU want is to have a cleanse where you’re making that trip to the throne as a natural process. You don’t want to be in there gripping the seat or your knees saying “Oh mercy!”. There are quite a lot of colon cleanse products available. There are some that are quite forceful, eventful, however you want to look at it. Makes laxatives look like candy for children.

Bowtrol’s documentation states it is a herbal colon cleansing treatment. Also states a parasite eliminator.

Natural is the way to go. Personal opinion.

What’s IN Bowtrol? Well, hang on here we go.

  1. Cascara Sagrada (The dried bark of the cascara buckthorn, used as a laxative.) It’s from a shrubby tree of medicinal value.
  2. Turkey Rhubarb (not from a rhubarb pie, rather from the root instead)
  3. Bentonite Clay (the base material this originates from is reportedly volcanic ash, but safe to ingest)
  4. Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) This is from a North American tree, it has medicinal properties.
  5. Aloes (plant variety)
  6. Flax Seeds (from a herb)
  7. Senna (not the famous race car driver, but a plant of medicinal value)
  8. Wormseed (a plant whose oil is used to expel parasites)
  9. Black Seeds (renowned around the world for natural healing properties of many kinds)
  10. Olive Leaf Extract (natural anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal properties)
  11. Thyme Oil Powder (not for seasoning, but has beneficial properties)
  12. Garlic Extract 12:1 (there is actually a wide range of benefits that garlic in general offers)
  13. Certified Organic Clove (I don’t believe this is meant to be smoked)
  14. Peppermint (Piperita menthe) (I wonder how this would be smoked?)

Wow! That’s a lot of ingredients. And I don’t smoke, I was just wondering.

Does Bowtrol live up to its name? I am going to have to say yes. All of the ingredients ARE natural.

The ingredients in Bowtrol add up to doing what Bowtrol suggests will occur if you follow their instructions in the use of the product.

A couple points; Cascara Sagrada can help “get you to go”, allowing the other ingredients a means for escape with all of the bad stuff taken out of you. And Bentonite Clay effectively mops up moisture giving you a less messy stool (to some degree) and it is also good for reducing swelling.

All in all, unless you know you are allergic to any of the ingredients Bowtrol is a good natural colon cleanse.

For a whole lot more information about Bowtrol Colon Cleanse you can visit their website from any of the links in this article for more in depth information if this may be a solution to your ailments, or, prevention of any colon ailments.

The above, and anything I write here is not condoned by any company or organization. My research if performed independently by myself. (FYI)

Greetings & Salutations!

There are many reasons why cleansing the colon is important. The world today is not the world of yesterday. While I despise FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) there are realities. Some of the things that we eat today aren’t quite nearly as healthy and natural as society used to.

The colon is part of your large intestine. It’s a vital component of your body. Without it, you’re just not going to be alive short of hooked up to some mechanical device and nobody you nor I want to be in a situation like that.

The colon is part of you that filters nutrients and essentially, replenishes your life.

The nutrients are then carried throughout your blood stream to every part of your body.

The colon is the storage system of the byproduct waste that is formed while straining out all of the valuable nutrients.

And then … well, you wake up in the morning and live a normal life like everybody else in your neighborhood.

That’s the ideal scenario, isn’t it?

But its work and function for you normally goes unnoticed, taken for granted compared to your eyes and ears.

Unnoticed that is, until you get aches and pains, and you visit the doctor wondering what’s going on.  When the doctor can’t put a finger on what’s going on, you end up walking out the door with some random prescribed drug that hopefully helps soothe your irritation. Then you find out that the prescribed antidote makes your toes glow, and your ears start to flap whenever you walk or run!

Perhaps you don’t even visit your doctor and simply live with it, and deal with it, sometimes even to the point of becoming used to it. (… I wouldn’t do that … *cough*, right?)

The colon has a huge task to do. And it’s exceptionally important. And when things aren’t going well for your colon, things aren’t going well for you. When it isn’t up to snuff, lots of problems can be the result. Things you probably didn’t even know could result.

For example; colon cancer, general constipation, hemorrhoids, colitis which is a gastrointestinal disease, bowel toxemia, expansion of the colon resulting in inflammation, even problems like bad breath, spider veins, and oddly enough acne too. And other things, which I really don’t enjoy writing about. Not that I really get into writing about spider veins or bowel toxemia or anything!

A final note about how truly important your colon is if you haven’t figured that out yet. A good valid analogy would be that it is a component of your car, truck, van, airplane, whatever. It’s your alternator, transmission, oil pump for your engine, radiator, and so on. Remove one of them and you aren’t going anywhere. It’s important to have such things maintenanced every now and then.
